Effect of CypD inhibitor C-9 on cell survival and toxicity. SK-N-SH cells were incubated with vehicle (0) and CypD inhibitor C-9 at 37 °C for 48 h, before being subjected to an MTT reduction assay for examination of cell survival and toxicity.
