Evolution of HDV-RNA during follow-up. Fluctuating is defined as a patient with alternating positive and negative samples. HDV genotype was I in the 16 samples analyzed. The number of patients with HCV infection was too low to perform statistical analysis. Und: undetermined genotype due to HBV-DNA negativity. VC: Variation coefficient; NA: Not applicable; HBV: Hepatitis B virus; HCV: Hepatitis C virus; HDV: Hepatitis delta virus.
