Red: protein not expressed or with resistance comparable to the OprM-inactivated strain; green: protein as active as the wild type (wtOprM); (b and c) two different views of OprM structure with mutations and deletions reported in [51] (same colour code as in (a)) and deletion studied in [50,52] that lead to important functional modifications when compared with wtOprM (colored in magenta).
