(A–C) mRNA and protein levels of CAMP or IRE1α were assessed by qRT-PCR (A), Western blot (B), or immunofluorescence staining (C). (D) Alterations of phosphorylated IκBα, IκBβ, isoforms of NF-κB, p50 and p65, and IRE1α levels were assessed by Western blot analysis.
