Values in the WGA column are concordance rates between the amplified products of a gDNA replicate pair (two samples). Values in the gDNA:WGA column are the average concordance of four comparisons of gDNA with amplification product, where both gDNA samples are compared to both related amplification products. Assays with GenCall scores >0.1 are included (assay call rate >98%).
