SEM micrographs of 3-D porous scaffolds prepared by phase separation of 5% PPF-co-PLLA in dioxane/water (85/15 wt/wt) solution as a function of quench time: (A) 1 min, (B) 4 min, and (C) 8 min at 20 °C. The quenched samples were then frozen at −80 °C for 2 hours and dried by lyophilization for 3 days.
