All the analyses were performed in MDA-MB-231 cells cultured in LG -/+ FSK. (A-B) mRNA and protein levels of Grp78 and CHOP were analyzed by qPCR (A) and Western blot (B) at 48h of culture. (C-D) N-glycosylation level (C) and O-glycosylation level (D) were analyzed at 72h of culture (see Fig 3F–3G). (E) MDC labeling and LC3B antibody staining at 72h of culture. (F) Trypan blue exclusion assay (see Fig 4B). (G) Grp78 and CHOP proteins expression level of cells -/+ FSK and -/+ CQ. Vinculin expression was used as normalization.
