Leaves of 4-weeks birches from OE, WT and Ri lines were treated with 50 mM NaCl or 100 mM mannitol for 2 h to measure stomatal aperture. (D) analysis of the expression of BpMYB61 gene in OE, WT and Ri lines. The BpMYB61 is homologous with AtMYB61 (AT1G09540.1) from Arabidopsis. Three biological replications were conducted. The error bars represent the standard deviation (S. D.). Asterisk indicates significant difference between OE lines and WT or between SE lines and WT (P < 0.05).
