Sexp is the experimental sedimentation coefficient in 40 mM ammonium acetate, 1 mM magnesium acetate at 20 °C.

S20,w is the sedimentation coefficient corrected for buffer conditions. f/f0 The frictional coefficient, an indication of how spherical a particle is. f/f0 is 1 for a spherical particle.
