EEF1A1 positively regulates the replication of JEV. (A) HEK293T cells were transfected with EEF1A1-shRNA or control shRNA for 24 h, and then cells were infected with JEV at an MOI of 1.0. Cells were collected at 48 h postinfection, and EEF1A1 and JEV NS5 protein levels were determined by Western blotting and normalized to GAPDH. (B and C) HEK293T cells were transfected with EEF1A1-shRNA or control shRNA for 24 h, and cells were subsequently infected with JEV at an MOI of 1.0.
