Pseudotype viruses incorporating different E1E2 clones derived from the major HCV genotypes display diverse susceptibilities to antibody neutralization. Eighty-one distinct patient-derived and reference E1E2 clones derived from genotypes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 were assessed for their neutralization sensitivity to five monoclonal antibodies. The log10 IC50 for MAbs AP33, 1:7, L1, and XTL68 and nB D03 are plotted according to the E1E2 clone's rank order presented in Fig. 4.
