Primers used for conventional PCR to clone myosin heavy chain sequences from cuttlefish (Sepia officinalis) and octopus (Octopus bimaculoides). All primers are written 5′ to 3′. Primers without the genus prefix “Sepia” were used for both cuttlefish and octopus PCR reactions.
