Generation time in SSAT⁻ and SSAT⁺ cells

Cells were seeded at a density of 2.4 × 10⁴/cm² in 60 mm cell culture dish in duplicate. Viable cell numbers were counted using Trypan blue exclusion assay. Mean of the viable cell numbers were used to calculate generation time (Gt). Results were calculated by the equation Gt = log2 × Δt/log(N/N ₀) related to the total viable cell numbers at 24 h.
