Cells were seeded at a density of 2.4 × 10⁴/cm² in a 60 mm cell culture dish in duplicate. (A) The cells were harvested at a 24 h interval till 96 h in culture. (B) After 48 h incubation, the cells were treated with 2 mM aspirin for 24 and 48 h. Results shown are mean ± SEM (n = 3, with 2 replicate per experiment).
