Cells were seeded at a density of 2.4 × 10⁴/cm² on a 60 mm cell culture dish in duplicate, media were replaced every 48 h. After 96 h incubation, polyamine fraction was extracted by perchloric acid and finally quantified by LC–MS-MS. Values are mean ± SEM with n = 6, two replicates per experiment. *** p < 0.001
