High expression of DEK was significantly associated with poor prognosis. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis of overall prognosis was performed between patients with high DEK expression (35 cases) and patients with low DEK (46 cases). In terms of immunostaining intensity, both negative (−) immunostaining and weak (+) immunostaining were categorized into the low-expression group, whereas medium (++) immunostaining and strong (+++) immunostaining were categorized into the high-expression group. Log-rank test was used to statistically analyze the difference.
