The effect of hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning (HBOP) on tight junction proteins (TJP) in the blood-brain barrier (BBB) in vitro under hypoxic condition. TJPs expression was tested by immunofluorescence in the control, hypoxia, and HBOP group. Distribution and expression of occludin (A) and zonula occludens protein (ZO-1) (B).
