A: Gating strategy for identifying eosinophils. CD11clow, CD11b high, Siglec-Fhigh cells are identified as eosinophils. They are further characterized as being CD44high. B: Gating strategy for identifying CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes. T cells are identified as CD3positive cells with low side scatter. They are further gated as either CD4high or CD8high. Both CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes are CD44positive.
