(C and D) OT-I CD4–Lck cells respond to M12 cells expressing the indicated tethered (C) peptide:I-Ab or (D) peptide:I-Ek molecule. (E and F) Hybridomas expressing the gBT TCR and the indicated CD4 molecule were cultured with M12 cells expressing the tethered pMHC (E) 2W4A:I-Ab or (F) MCC4A:I-Ek.
