Requirement of DIM-7 in 24-h memory after spaced training, but not single training. (A) Attenuated spaced-training–induced 24-h memory by acute knockdown of DIM-7 expression. Acute expression was induced by the heat-shock (HS+) treatment. No heat shock (HS−) served as a control. Two additional independent RNAi strains (JF02727 and HMS00020) were used in both A and B.
