The STEP inhibitor TC-2153 prevents PCP-induced decrease in BDNF signaling. a Cortical cultures were pretreated with vehicle or TC-2153 (1 μM) 1 h prior to PCP treatment (10 μM for 24 h). Cells were lysed and subjected to Western blotting. Proteins were probed with phospho-specific- or pan-antibodies, and phospho-levels were normalized to total protein levels, and then to β-actin as loading control.
