Using RT-qPCR, tdTomato+ were found to have (A) 40-fold enrichment of the Dopamine D1 receptor relative to cells with low tdTomato expression sorted by FACS and (B–D) significant enrichment of the dopamine D1 receptor and nearly undetectable expression of the dopamine D2 receptor and GFAP relative to whole nucleus accumbens.
