Each MTB/GF level was divided by concurrent expression of ENO1 to become a multiple of ENO1 expression. If the result was ≥ 1.10 (arbitrary threshold), then the GB is included in Group (+) and otherwise is in Group (−). A significant (*p < 0.05) association for LDHC with the presence of amplified oncogenes and a trend for LDHA were detected in the GBs.
