Example images of a 79-year-old male patient with suspected coronary artery disease referred for dipyridamole-stress/rest gated Tl-201 myocardial perfusion SPECT for diagnosis and risk stratification. The short-axis, vertical long-axis and horizontal long-axis perfusion images of stress (upper column) and rest (lower column) showed only minimally reversible perfusion abnormality (near-normal) in apical anterior segment of left ventricular myocardium.
