The angles for the hemilarynx (A) are those that the slanted glottal wall makes with the opposite vertical wall. The angles for the full larynx (B) and (C) are included angles, which are twice the angle that each of the vocal fold surfaces make with the glottal axis. In each case the data points are connected with straight-line segments. The pressures are relative to the supraglottal region, the same scale used in Fig. 3.
