(A) Thrombus in RV papillary muscle after PTA. This is a 26-year-old male, whose hemodialysis access was total occluded with collateral vessels (B). A thrombus (white arrow) was found at the RV papillary muscle after PTA. The thrombus (arrow heads, B), had vanished on the angiogram following PTA (C).
