Mutants situated on the left of the dashed line show lower expression yield than WT, whereas mutants that show better expression yield are situated on the right side of this line. Vertical bars in the graph represent the values of the IM of a giving mutant (see Materials and methods for description). White bars correspond to mutants with worse monodispersity in DDM than WT (IM <1) and black bars correspond to mutants with better monodispersity in DDM than WT (IM >1).
