An anonymous online survey was completed by 431 medical students at one medical school in New York City in 2014. Students’ general knowledge of tobacco products was tested using the questions listed above. The correct answers are: (1) 15%-20%; (2) nicotine, humectants, tobacco specific nitrosamines, diethylene glycol; and (3) more than a pack (20 cigarettes).
