(A) Expression of Hipk-2-FL and Hipk2-Δe8 isoform were measured by RT-PCR using a primer set which amplifies the alternatively spliced region of exon 8. Gapdh was used as loading control. (B) Quantitative Real Time-PCR analysis with isoform-specific primers was used to determine the relative ratio of Hipk2-FL and Hipk2-Δe8 mRNA expression.
