The photo-efficiency of PS II (A) and the net photosynthetic rate (B) of WT and ΔndhJK. Measurements were done on attached leaves at 28°C (before) or after 6 h heat stress treatment (50°C) with a light intensity of 1000 μmol photons m-2 s-1 PAR, 350 ppm CO2 in the sample chamber. Recording was carried out 2 min after incubation of leaves in the sample chamber. Data points represent the mean ± SE of six replications.
