Retinal activity mimics cholinergic waves in VG1−/− controls at P8 and P11, but SAC-β2-cKO mice on the VG1−/− background significantly disrupt second week retinal wave duration, size, burst frequency, and firing rate at P8, and drastically disrupt waves at P11.
