(A) HUVEC cells were treated with desired concentrations of QSN-10c for 24 h, cell lysates subjected to Western blot analysis with phospho-Thr³⁰⁸ AKT and total AKT antibodies respectively. Phospho-GSK3β, JNK, and ERK1/2 were also analyzed. (B) K562 cells were treated with desired concentrations of QSN-10c for 48 h, cell lysates subjected to western blot analysis with phospho-Thr³⁰⁸ AKT, total AKT, phosphor-Ser9 GSK3β and total GSK3β antibodies, respectively. β-Actin reprobing is showing equal loading of the total protein samples.
