Accumulation of Na⁺, Cl⁻, Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺ in the leaves of WT and AS-SAMDC plants at different NaCl concentrations (0, 50, 100, 200, 300 mM). Means are averaged over the whole experimental period, and each data point corresponds to the average of 9 observations [i.e., 3 replications per genotype per sampling date (7, 14, and 21 DAT)]. Fisher's Protected LSD procedures was used to determine statistical differences between genotypes and treatments at a 5% significance level.
