Thermal stability of apo (black) and calcium loaded (red) N‐terminal lobe of the regulatory domain of CDPK3 from Plasmodium falciparum. The data was fitted to a two‐state model with ΔC _p fixed to zero. The midpoint temperature and change in enthalpy were determined to T _m = 64.4 ± 0.4°C and ΔH _m = 82 ± 2 kJ mol⁻¹ and T _m = 90 ± 3°C and ΔH _m = 95 ± 6 kJ mol⁻¹ for the apo and holo forms, respectively.
