Differential regulation of Bcl-2 family mRNA expression during involution. qRT-PCR analysis was performed on RNA samples extracted from C57BL/6 mammary glands isolated after 12 days of lactation (day 0) or 1, 2, 3 or 4 days of involution triggered by forced weaning.
