Overexpression of EMC6 sensitizes GBM cell lines to chemotherapy. (a) The indicated cells with or without EMC6 overexpression were cultured in 96-well noncoated plate with 5000 cells per well and in 5 replicate wells. After plating, three group cells were managed with 0, 10, 50 μM temozolomide for 48 h and their percentages of cell viability were detected by MTS assay.
