(B and C) The angle between the principle axes of cABD and oABD relative to actin in the CW and OW simulations, respectively, showed a clear difference. (B) This angle did not change significantly after the oABD binding and ranged between 90° to 100°, whereas (C) it changed from 170° to 145° after the cABD binding. (D and E) Density plots show the peak value differences between the oABD (90°) and cABD (160°). Note that plots are presented in the same scale but different ranges.
