The different footnote symbols represent significant difference (DUNCAN test, **extremely striking contrast (P < 0.01); *significant difference (P < 0.05)). In the organic transition period (2007–2009), crops yield of BMOF was lower than CF. However, BMOF yields got a gradual but stable increase both in winter wheat and summer maize after transition period and better performed in the later years than CF.
