Thermal stability of LHCSR WT and D2E1E2 recombinant proteins refolded in vitro
Thermal stability (Tm) was evaluated following the decay of the CD signal at 682 nm when increasing the temperature from 20 to 80 °C. The thermal stability of the samples was determined by finding the T½ of the signal decay. The experiments were performed two times, with two independent biological replicates each time.
