OXi8006 treatment disrupts pre-established endothelial capillary-like networks. Treatment (2 h) of pre-established endothelial capillary-like networks with OXi8006 showed a dose dependent increase in tube disruption (0.1 µM, top right, 1 µM, bottom). Cells were imaged with an inverted microscope (5×) and nine fields were photographed per well. A minimum of three independent experiments were carried out for each treatment, and representative images are shown. Bars, 100 µm.
