Synthetic strategy utilized in this study. Thermoplastic polyurethanes containing pendant C=C linkages are synthesized, and post-polymerization crosslinking is achieved via UV catalyzed thiol-ene free radical addition upon solution blending of C=C containing thermoplastic polyurethanes with polythiol crosslinking agents, solvent evaporation and subsequent UV irradiation.
