MoDCs were incubated with poly (I: C) and/or imiquimod along with inactivated PRRSV antigen for 1 h, 4 h, 8 h and 12 h, the inactivated PRRSV antigen and RPMI-1640 were used as control. The protein levels of TRIF, MyD88, phospho-IκBα in cytoplasm and the protein levels of NF-κB P65 in nucleus were detected by western blotting. β-actin and PCNA were used as loading control in cytoplasm and nucleus, respectively. The data presented here are results from one experiment of three western blotting experiments.
