(c) Purified MBP-fused proteins including amino acids 1-217 (either WT or with the mutation S48A) or amino acids 456–916 of Sun1 were incubated with Cdk2 and RingoA in the presence of [γ-³²P]ATP. Proteins were analysed by SDS–PAGE, stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue (CBB) and subjected to autoradiography (³²P). The experiments were reproduced three times.
