Fig. 2 — C1qa plays a role in dendritic pruning early during glaucoma pathogenesis. We tested whether C1qa has a role in dendrite remodelling using mice deficient in C1qa (D2.C1qa ^-/-). a Area under the curve (AUC) of the Sholl analysis (at 4 months of age (b), and at 9 months of age (d)) shows a decrease in dendritic complexity in DBA/2 J retinal ganglion cells that is absent in D2.Gpnmb ⁺ and D2.C1qa ^-/- retinas.
