Protein levels of apoptosis-related factors (cleaved caspase 3 and Bad), anti-apoptosis (Bcl2), invasion (MMP2 and MMP9) and chemokine pathway related factors (CXCL10 and CXCR3) in glioma and normal tissues, and glioma cell lines (U87 and U373 cells) were detected by western blot. Data were based on at least three independent experiments, and shown as the mean ± SD (*P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 compared with NC).
