In total, 1 × 10⁶ CAR T cells were co-cultured with 1 × 10⁶ tumor cells in 400 μl of medium per well in a 24-well-plate in triplicate. After 24 h, the levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-10 in the supernatants were evaluated by ELISA.
