(A) and (B) Effect of silencing PAD4 A or its inhibitor, Cl-amidine B on the PU.1 expression was assayed by Western blot during ATRA-induced differentiation. (C–E) The expression of PAD4 and PU.1 was examined by qRT-PCR and Western blot after electroporation-induced PAD4 overexpression in HL-60 with or without ATRA treatment.
