Knockdown ARHGAP10 inhibited ovarian cancer cells proliferation in vitro and in vivo. (a) Expression of ARHGAP10 in five ovarian cancer cell lines as determined by western blotting. (c) Ectopic expression of ARHGAP10 significantly reduced cell proliferation as determined by CCK-8 assay. (d) A2780 cells stably infected with vector or ARHGAP10 virus were subcutaneously inoculated into nude mice (six per group). Overexpression of ARHGAP10 significantly inhibited tumor growth in nude mice xenograft model (**P<0.01, ***P<0.001)
