Results of ELISA for the contents of Tag7 and Mts1 in the medium conditioned by isolated subpopulations of CD¹⁵⁺, CD⁸⁺, CD⁴⁺, or CD¹⁴⁺ cells or total PMBCs. The medium (10 mL) was applied onto an anti-Tag7 Sepharose column, and the bound proteins were eluted with 0.25 M TEA.
