Western blot analysis of Dll4, Notch1, NICD (cleaved Notch-1 Val-1744 antibody), and Hes1 in MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, SKBR3, and BT474 cells treated with RY10-4 for 24 h. This shows a concentration-dependent increase in Notch protein levels in SKBR3 cells but no significant change in MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells.
